Temporary Tattoo Custom
Design Art Submittal Instructions
How to submit your
design graphics:
1) Be sure to zip or compress design files first.
2) Place an online custom tattoo order and obtain and Order Number.
3) During the online ordering process, options are provided for email
and/or upload of design files.
4) If design files are emailed or mailed at a later date, be sure to include
the Order Number.
WHITE EFFECT
~ 3 options (free of charge)
If you want a white effect for your
custom temporary tattoo, then white ink must be printed. Please specify No
White, Spot White or Flood White for your design.

No White:
The design
area is transparent (the white tattoo paper backing is visible)
but will transfer clear on the skin and be skin tone.
Spot
White: White ink is only printed in
specific parts of the design. For example eyes will actually
look white when transferred, but no white will be behind the design.
Flood
White: White covers the entire image
(not the background) and once transferred looks more brilliant in color because
the layer of white makes the image more opaque. On tattoo paper the image
will appear 'milky'.

1) PRICES are firm
when you receive our acknowledgment. In very rare instances prices may change
after we receive your layout or artwork. If so, we'll call you and explain.

2) ARTWORK FILES should
be in CMYK 4-color process. We would prefer Adobe Illustrator EPS or Adobe
Photoshop TIFF 300 PPI color-corrected CMYK. Please do not send RGB files or
colors will not be guaranteed to match. Please include all linked files and all
fonts. If they are not Macintosh, please turn the fonts into outlines or
curves. You can mail or email the file. Sorry, but PDF files, PowerPoint, Word
or other word processing files will not work.

3) DISKS may be
Floppy, CD, DVD or Zip. A printout of your artwork and the disk directory is
very helpful.

4) COPY CHANGES can
sometimes cause extra charges. If so, we will call you and explain.

5) PROOFS ARE NOT
PROVIDED UNLESS REQUESTED. Please submit artwork by noon Monday. Proofs need to
be approved, signed and returned before we can start the job. Once you approve
the proof, you are responsible for any errors or changes missed on the proof.

6) U.S. SHIPMENTS add
$5.00 (net) handling charge for first location and an additional $10.00 (net)
handling for each additional location.

7) EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
is to be provided to us by you.

8) SHIPMENTS are
subject to an 8% over/under run. Shipments that must be an exact quantity may
be subject to a 5% unit up-charge.

9) ALL SHIPMENTS are
F.O.B. Factory in Tucson, AZ.

10) RETURNS of
defective products require a phone call from you for instructions and approval.

11) PREPAYMENT in
full is required on all orders under $300. Orders over $300 are 50% with order
and 50% prior to shipment. On orders over $300, terms are available upon
approved credit review.
